HiveSignal stores all your data locally on your device, so you can record inspections even without internet. When you're back online, your data automatically syncs to the cloud. You'll see a sync indicator when changes are pending.

During an inspection, tap the microphone icon and speak your observations naturally. For example: "Queen spotted, good brood pattern, three frames of capped honey, bees are calm." HiveSignal will transcribe and organize your notes automatically. Voice input requires a Pro or Commercial subscription.

Health scores (1-10) are calculated based on your inspection data including queen status, brood pattern, population, temperament, and disease indicators. A score of 7+ is healthy, 4-6 needs attention, and below 4 requires immediate action. The score helps you prioritize which hives need care.

In the web app, go to Settings and open Export Data. You can export in CSV format (for spreadsheets) or JSON format (for backup/migration). Export includes all your yards, hives, and inspection history. Data export is available on Pro and Commercial plans.

Yes! Sign in with the same account on any device (iPhone, iPad, or web) and your data will sync automatically. Changes made on one device appear on all others when connected to the internet.

iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → HiveSignal → Cancel
Android: Go to Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → HiveSignal → Cancel
Web: Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage → Cancel

You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data is preserved and you can re-subscribe anytime.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first.

Photo sync requires an internet connection and may take longer than text data due to file size. Check your connection and wait a few minutes. If photos still don't sync, try force-closing and reopening the app. Photo sync is available on Pro and Commercial plans.

HiveSignal shows reminders and predictive alerts in-app based on your inspection data. Browser push notifications are available on the web app when enabled in browser settings.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use Supabase for secure cloud storage with enterprise-grade security. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
